Fusion Bows Quartet
The Fusion Bows Quartet was founded in 2019 alongside the chamber string orchestra Musica luvenalis, which is also the current home of several of its members. The string quartet players are mostly students and graduates of the Primary Art School, but mainly in Universities of various specializations and branches, starting with medicine, computer science and other fields. The repertoire is mainly made up of classical, film music and pop music. Fusion Bows Quartet participates in various projects not only in the Košice region, but also all over Slovakia. It is worth mentioning that he collaborates with other leading artists such as Marián Čekovský, Maksym Kutsenko, Marián Lukáč, Nela Pocisková, Miroslava Partlová, or Peter Cmorík.
Marián Lukáč:
Marián Lukáč finished his studies at the Timonova 2 Conservatory in Košice in 2001 in the class of Mr. Juraj Šomorjai. Subsequently, he became a soloist of the opera ensemble of the State Theatre Košice. He is a regular guest of the State Opera in Banská Bystrica. Currently he is also working with the A. Dvořák Opera Theatre in Ostrava and the F. X. Šalda Opera in Liberec. He was a guest at the Passau Opera Theatre. He has given concerts with ŠKO Žilina, the State Philharmonic Košice, the Philharmonic Orchestra in Lublin and Bydgoszcz and the National Orchestra of the Polish Radio in Katowice.
